When a farmer plants seeds, does the farmer plant exactly the amount of seeds needed?
If you’re into growing your own food, you probably already know the answer to this.
It’s a better practice when growing food to plant more seeds than you need. This is mainly due to the germination rate. Everyone wants a 100% germination rate, but that’s just not reality. Not only this, some seeds germinate and still have problems. Some seeds won’t grow at all.
It’s just the way it is.— The Universe
This is a simple metaphor for your life.
Not all seeds that you plant in your life are going to grow.
It doesn’t matter what you are building.
You could be building a traditional business. You could be building a network marketing company. You could be building a religious organization. You could be building an online e-commerce company.
Some of the seeds you plant in this life just won’t grow. Some won’t work out. Some seeds are not going to grow.
What’s the reality?
Not all of the people you talk to are going to buy. Not all of the opportunities are going to work out. Not all of the ads you place online will result in sales. Not all of the people that promised you things will deliver. Not all of the people in your life are going to love you. Not all of the people that say they will be with you until the end will actually be there in the end.
But here’s the thing:
- Some of those seeds you plant will grow way bigger than you ever could have imagined
- Some seeds will yield crops greater than you could ever believe
Then you are left wondering. Why didn’t this seed grow, or that seed grow? You start focusing on that while on the other side of your life you have a seed that has blossomed into this big beautiful tree. You begin questioning why all of the seeds you planted in your life didn’t grow. The universe is trying to tell you, “It’s just the way it is.”
As you move into another day of life, as hard as it is sometimes, let those things go. Let the past go. This is the way that it works. Not everything we try works out. Not everything we start is going to succeed, and that’s a perfect thing.
Love ya,
JT
