If you’re anything like me, you are glad that 2022 is coming to an end. I am not going to lie here – I had a bad year.

I lost my father.
I lost a lot of my earning on different circumstances that came up.
My vehicle’s engine blew up (which it had over 200k miles on it so it wasn’t too unexpected).
I broke a tooth.
I fell hard on my skateboard and hurt my wrist.
My telecommunications business failed to startup well and I closed it.
My friend committed suicide.
My other friend lost his father.
My cousin’s wife died in an accident and they were only married for a couple of months.
I had COVID… again.
That’s not even everything. I mean I could go on and on about how bad 2022 actually was for me.

But I won’t.

That’s not the purpose of this blog or the purpose of this post. I know that no matter how bad I think I had it in 2022, there are people that have had completely devastating things happen to them. You may be that person looking at my list and be thinking my list is not really that bad. You may be thinking the opposite.

The point here is – we NEVER know what tomorrow will bring. We never know what the next year will bring.

All we can do is hope for something better.

You can’t have hope without faith.

You can’t have faith without love.

Love is where it all starts. Love is where we all need to start off in 2023.

As for me, I’m starting at zero. My quota at work starts at zero. Sales won’t happen on their own.

My bank account could also use a zero on the end.

What am I going into 2023 with?

Love. That’s all I have to give the world and that’s where everything starts.

I believe in you and that you have the ability to do great things in 2023.

It could quite possibly be the best year we have all ever seen. No matter your situation, you need to start it off with love.

I believe that you can go on and create awesome results in 2023. You can start a new business. You can start a new relationship. You can build your life up to levels you never thought possible.

Yes, we are all starting at zero in a sense, but there is no cap on what you can do in the next year!

May God bless you in 2023!

Love ya,
JT
