WAKE UP.
30 Days to Get Out of Autopilot
and Back Into Your Life.
You do not need a completely new life.
You may just need to start paying attention to the one you’re already living.
Not another productivity hack. Not a lecture about becoming a completely
different person. Just 30 intentional days designed to help you start
living yours again.
Life has a way of putting us to sleep.
Not literally.
You wake up. You work. You answer messages. You take care of people.
You handle bills, errands, problems and responsibilities.
You’re awake.
But somewhere along the way, it’s possible to start moving through life
without really noticing it.
Days become weeks. Weeks become months.
And the things you really want keep getting moved into a category called
“Someday.”
Someday I’ll get healthier.
Someday I’ll start that thing.
Someday I’ll travel more.
Someday I’ll do more of what I love.
Someday I’ll slow down.
Someday I’ll figure out what I actually want.
Someday I’ll feel like myself again.
But your life isn’t happening someday.
It’s happening today.

That’s the idea behind Behold Another Day: WAKE UP.
It’s a 30-day guided experience designed to help you step out of autopilot,
look honestly at the life you’re living, reconnect with what matters to you,
and start moving again.
Not perfectly.
Not dramatically.
And not by blowing up your entire life.
By paying attention. Making decisions. Taking small actions. And remembering
that every morning you wake up is another opportunity to do something with
the life in front of you.
This is not a hustle program.
I’m not going to tell you to wake up at 4:00 AM, take an ice bath,
work eighteen hours a day and optimize every second of your existence.
I’m not interested in helping you cram more into your life.
I want to help you notice your life again.
WAKE UP is about becoming more intentional with the life you already have.
Here’s how the 30 days work.
WEEK ONE — WAKE UP
The first week is about awareness.
What’s working? What’s missing? What have you been tolerating?
What do you miss? What have you been putting off?
You’ll stop long enough to actually look at your life.
Because you can’t change a life you’re unwilling to look at.
WEEK TWO — CLEAR OUT
Once you start paying attention, you’ll probably notice some things taking
up more space than they deserve.
Clutter. Distractions. Digital noise. Unnecessary commitments.
Unfinished business. Habits that aren’t helping you.
Week Two is about creating enough space to hear yourself think again.
WEEK THREE — BUILD
Now we start putting something better in place.
Goals. Movement. Routines. Meaningful work. Creativity.
Relationships. Time for yourself.
Nothing extreme.
Just actions worth repeating.
WEEK FOUR — BECOME
The final stretch asks a bigger question:
Who are you becoming if you keep living this way?
You’ll think about identity, direction, courage, relationships, work,
adventure, gratitude and what you want the next chapter of your life to look like.
Every day follows a simple rhythm.
READ
A short lesson to give you something worth thinking about.
BEHOLD
Stop for a moment and actually notice something about your life.
WRITE
Guided prompts that help you get honest and put your thoughts into words.
DO
One concrete action that moves the idea off the page and into your real life.
COMMIT
One promise you make to yourself for the next 24 hours.
LISTEN
A short audio or video session from me to go along with that day’s lesson.
Most days take about 20–30 intentional minutes.
Stop trying to change everything at once.
Inside Behold Another Day: WAKE UP, you’ll use a simple
daily system called:
THE BEHOLD THREE
Three things that matter.
One day at a time.
Every day, you’ll choose three meaningful actions — one for your
BODY, one for your LIFE, and one for
your PURPOSE.
They don’t have to be huge.
Your BODY action might be taking a walk, getting outside,
making a better meal, or doing something that helps you feel physically better.
Your LIFE action might be calling someone you love,
cleaning up a room you’ve been avoiding, handling something that’s been
hanging over your head, or making time for something you enjoy.
Your PURPOSE action might be writing a page, picking up
your guitar, working on an idea, learning something new, or taking one
small step toward something you’ve wanted to do for years.
That’s it.
Three intentional actions.
Then tomorrow comes.
You wake up and choose again.
A meaningful life isn’t built someday.
It’s built one day at a time.
You’ll also build your Daily Anchors.
Alongside your Behold Three, you’ll focus on a handful of simple things
worth returning to:
- Move
- Nourish
- Create
- Connect
- Be Still
Plus one personal anchor chosen by you.
You aren’t trying to become perfect for 30 days.
You’re practicing being present for them.
And you’ll follow one simple rule:
Never miss yourself twice.
You’ll have bad days.
You’ll get distracted.
You’ll miss things.
That’s life.
WAKE UP isn’t about maintaining a perfect streak.
It’s about noticing when you’ve drifted — and learning how to return.
